WHATS THIS ABOUT A FANCY PERSONAL CHEF?

No francy frills here! Just solid good food to keep you healthy and make your life easier. My focus is on guiding others towards healthier habits and cooking nutritious food for those who may not have the time or have specific dietary needs. I specialize in vegetarian and whole food meals, for all ages, including toddler meal prep. I can accommodate common dietary restrictions or just healthy alternatives! I provide menu planning, shopping, cooking, storage, instructions for reheating and of course, clean up. No worries left for you!


HOW DOES THIS WORK?

After initial contact, I provide a free consultation where I find out about your taste preferences, specific dietary requirements and health goals. We’ll also discuss your food storage preferences (I recommend  oven-safe glass containers) and we will schedule our first cook day. Several days before our first session, I’ll send you a menu proposal, which we can fine tune together.
