Green Goddess Smoothie

Smoothies are always one of the best breakfasts you can have, of course depending on what you put in it! I've done a lot of experimenting and I think I've found may favorite combo based on the taste, nutritional value and how much it filled me up! Also if your like me and pretty much always have these ingredients on hand, it takes no time at all. 

 Ingredients:
(serves 2)

2 cups raw spinach
1 cup lite coconut milk
1 cup plain greek yogurt
1 banana peeled
2 tbsp shaved coconut
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp flaxseed
1 cup ice
optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup for added sweetness
optional: 1-2 tbsp any nut butter for added protein

Instructions:

Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy and feel the goodness!
